We are based in Salisbury, but we cater for all types and sizes of events and festivals across the country by bringing our zingy Mexican street food build up kitchen. We know your guests will get great joy from our flavoursome food.

Burritos bursting with taste, to suit everyone. Make it mild or spice it up; you can choose exactly what you want in your burrito or chilli bowl. Or go for loaded nachos or Mexican dirty fries if that’s is more up your street. It works:

Booking Cantina el Burrito

Our aim is to make booking our Mexican street food build ups really easy. Here’s how it works:

• We’re fully self-sustainable and our pop-up kitchens are scalable and easily assembled in all locations. We can bring a generator if no power source is available.

• We are members of NCASS (National Caterers Association). We are fully compliant with current legislation and can forward all documentation upon request from our archive on NCASS site. We have a 5 * Food Hygiene rating.

• Our dishes are freshly made to order and we are capable of maintaining quality and capacity at a high level. And we smile while we burrito build!

• We use Bagasse sugarcane meal and box range (biodegradable) and Vegware compostable cutlery. We adhere to an environmental policy you may have.

• We’ll leave our pitch exactly as we find it, neat and tidy.
• Booking our food pop ups is so easy and hassle-free. You won’t need to do anything but confirm the date and pay your deposit.
